Wedding Setup & Tear Down

Perfect for the couple who has planned everything but needs help on the day-of to setup all of your already planned decorations. Our Wedding Setup & Teardown Services are designed to handle all the logistics, ensuring your wedding day is stress-free and magical. From setting up the ceremony and reception spaces to carefully packing everything up afterward, we take care of every detail so you can focus on celebrating your love.

What’s Included:

Initial Consultation and planning session
Ceremony Setup: We arrange seating, altar decor, aisle runners, floral arrangements, and any other elements to create a beautiful ceremony space.
Reception Setup: We set up tables, chairs, centerpieces, tableware, and decor to create an inviting and elegant reception area.
Post-Event Dismantling: After your wedding, our team swiftly and carefully dismantles all setups, ensuring the venue is returned to its original condition.
Packing and Return: We pack up all decor items, furniture, and equipment, ensuring they are safely stored or returned to vendors.
Venue Cleaning Coordination: We coordinate with cleaning services to ensure the venue is left spotless and ready for its next event.

Room-flip services are available upon request at an additional cost.
